Obviously, the implications of a rising ocean level on the Tampa Bay area (and Florida) is staggering.

I liked that one too, could be a community project......
Some folks are getting hung up on the traditional architecture of the sprawl repair kit, I think the toolbox could be used regarding a Modern pallette, as long as the urbanism is respected....
